From Delaware Beach Areas
  1. North on DE 1 to Milford
  2. Exit DE 1 on SR 1 Ramp towards Milford
  3. Merge onto South Rehoboth Blvd
  4. Turn left on 2nd Street
  5. Turn left on Lovers Lane
  6. Lovers Lane dead-ends at Lulu Ross Elementary School
  7. The PDS Center is at the end of the parking lot
From Dover Area and North
  1. South on DE 1 to Milford
  2. At the DE1/Route 113 split north of Milford, stay on DE 1
  3. Exit Route 36
  4. At the top of the ramp turn right
  5. Go through traffic light - intersection with South Rehoboth Blvd
  6. Immediately turn left on Lovers Lane
  7. Lovers Lane dead-ends at Lulu Ross Elementary School
  8. The PDS Center is at the end of the parking lot
