The first funded scholarship from the Center for Political Communication, Civic Engagement 2.0

examines the role of the Internet in political discourse. Faculty from UD's Departments of Communication and Political Science and International Relations team up to examine the ways people participate online and how they perceive these activities. They also created a unique web survey to look at the role of emotional appeals on candidate web sites.
