Bill Gates: US High Schools "Obsolete"

On p. A5 of the March 5 edition, the News Journal also ran a brief item with two excerpts from a speech by Bill Gates, under the headline: "GATES DISPARAGES PUBLIC EDUCATION."
   It should be noted that Gates was not criticizing "Public Education" per se, as Perelman or the voucher advocates would do. More info can be found through these links:
