This questionnaire demonstrates all the validation techniques that are supported by Perseus SurveySolutions.

By clicking the Answer Required checkbox, you can make any question required. As an example, we have made every question in this survey required.

The following is a Choose One question. There is no other validation appropriate; either you pick an answer or you don't.

You can now configure Choose One Per Topic questions (formerly known as Repeated Scale questions) to only allow each choice to be used once, in what is a called a "forced ranking" question.

You can now specify that the answers to a Fill In The Blank question must total a sum, which is usually 100%, but you can change it to anything by clicking on the ellipsis (...) button next to "Fill In The Total".

You can also specify a custom validation for each open ended response in a Fill In The Blank question. Just select "Custom Validation..." from the dropdown box next to "Answer Required" and click the ellipsis button.
