TUTORIAL METHODS OF INSTRUCTION Tentative Schedule - Fall 2014 link to Syllabus |
Time
& Place: Mondays 7 - 9 PM in 110 ISE Lab. Every Tutorial Methods
of Instruction class
will include time to discuss problem situations and successes tutors
have are
experiencing. In order to gain practical experience, you will serve as
a tutor-facilitator in one of the problem-based learning (PBL) or
Peer-led
team learning (PLTL) courses on campus, and meet on a regular basis
with
the instructor of that course for more specific content
preparation.

Workshop 8/25 |
Dr.
Rick Moog, from Franklin and Marshall College and one of the
national leaders in the development and dissemination of Process-Oriented Guided Inquiry
Learning (POGIL) will give a special workshop for Workshop leaders
from 9-12 AM in 206 Brown Laboratory. |
