Chemical warfare is a method of war which is completely insane and inhumane to all of those involved.  Why would it be deemed necessary for an army to inflict upon its enemy chemicals, which would blind, blister and suffocate its victims?  Why would such harsh treatment be necessary when conventional weapons, such as missles and bombs, would be more destructive and have more accuracy.  More innocent victims are killed or injured (which is usually worse) than the soldiers that are intended to be hit.  Women and children are made to bleed and choke to death, innocent pawns in a war they had nothing to do with.
 

            Biological weapons are the worse weapons of all.  Any weapon whose sole purpose is to spread the deadliest diseases on the planet is completely unnecessary.  Diseases like anthrax and the bubonic plague have been used as weapons before and are easily spread.  Any country who uses these weapons sees the possibility of retaliation with the same weapons, and that retaliation could cause a worldwide disaster the likes of which the world has never seen, far surpassing the effects of nuclear weapons and conventional warfare.  Chemical and biological warfare has been universally outlawed by the civilized world.  The use of these weapons by the uncivilized barbarians who think they are necessary is completely ridiculous and strict force is necessary to ensure that these cheaters who cannot follow the rules are punished.
