Crocodoc and Box Document viewers Unavailable

From Instructure Canvas support:

Friday, October 21, we experienced the ripples of the DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks that affected major DNS providers. Canvas itself was not affected, but Crocodoc and Box Document viewers are both currently unavailable due to the attack. The Unicycling Panda load screen will be shown, but previews will not load.

As soon as Crocodoc and Box have a chance to recover, these documents should render and be viewable within Canvas once again. We thank you for your patience during this and will provide updates as they become available.

Contact IT Academic Technology Services at the Faculty Commons (116 Pearson Hall) for questions or comments.
