Delaware, Spadefoots, and Squirrels: A Small Wonder Beth Wagner

This unit explores endangered animals in Delaware. After background research on both the animals and the Native American relationship with the animals and their environment, students examine maps, charts, and graphs to determine the causes of habitat loss. They are encouraged to explore and pursue ways to save the animals.
