Approach"
Current Projects and Goals
"I am a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer for the
Department of Defense specializing in Web Security.
I am currently doing research in the area of policy analysis.
Specifically, I am researching the use of econometric and operations
research modeling
techniques for policy analysis. Techniques such as Instruments-Targets,
and Goal Programming can be used by policymakers and evaluators to
implement alternative policies and practices."

Born in Brooklyn, New York (Beford-Stuyvesant on Hancock between
Marcy and Nostrand) and I graduated
from Brooklyn
Technical High School. One of my favorite places to visit is the Brooklyn Museum . My
favorite team is the New

season)! I love to listen to contemporary jazz, e.g., Boney James, George
Howard, David Sanborn, Najee', some select rap and contemporary gospel,
e.g., Kirk Franklin and Family. Some of my favorite magazines are Vibe magazine, PC World
and Sports
Illustrated.
I am married to the lovely Melanie Victoria Ferguson (it will be
five years this May) from Baltimore, Maryland. Melanie graduated from North Carolina A & T State University
with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Melanie is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.,
