Discussion of Mapping UD data into P.S. Grants Module:

Recommendations from each team:  Need Grants setup before continuing.  There is some duplicative effort between the Proposal screen and the Award screens because the data flows between them. 

Issues: Implementation issues- put in all awards as proposals and let the program then populate the award tables.

Issue:  Ask Exec. Committee to populate Departments table (FS_06) with data obviously for Grants, so we can see how this information flows within Grants.  May want some others set up also.  May benefit other groups as well as ours.
