A/R BILLING TEAM MINUTES – MEETING OF 01-08-03

Attending: Angela Beecham, Katy Hutton, Cecilia Kerlin, Ellen Lepine, Suzanne Sembiante, Bill Spear, Rachel Strickland, and Amy Taylor.

Using a College School bill form as our basis, we followed steps to populate fields in the Demo Database / 8.4 PeopleSoft Billing People Book. We made it as far as Collector and

Credit Analyst, which look the same according to info we viewed.

We have questions related to creating invoices with PeopleSoft, since departments need to see details which make-up their bills, which contain these invoices.

At our next meeting, we will begin at #5 under “Setting-Up Core PeopleSoft Billing Tables”. That meeting will be held in 003 Hullihen Hall at 2 p.m. in January 22, 2003.
