5:19 p.m., April 24, 2008--The Delaware AeroSpace Education Foundation (DASEF) is sponsoring Rockets for Delaware, which will feature the DASEF's 12th high-altitude rocket launch on Saturday, May 3, at Cape Henlopen Park in Lewes, Del.

From 9-3 p.m., rockets designed and constructed by K-12 Delaware students will be launched. The outdoor and tent event will feature displays, kite demonstrations and launches of canister, bottle, single stage, advanced and two high-altitude rockets.

The event will be held rain or shine and is free, but park entrance fees will be in effect, which are $4 for Delaware residents and $8 for all others.
