5:38 p.m., April 30, 2008--The UD Wind Ensemble will perform at 8 p.m., Sunday, May 4, in the Puglisi Orchestra Hall of the Louise and David Roselle Center for the Arts.

The concert program includes Yasuhide Ito's Gloriosa, Gordon Jacob's Old Wine in the New Bottles and Nikos Skalkottas' Greek Dances. The ensemble, a select group of student wind and percussion instrumentalists, will perform under the direction of Robert Streckfuss, professor of music at UD.

Admission is $12 for adults; $8 for seniors, UD staff and
alumni; and $3 for students. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance at the Trabant University Center or Bob Carpenter Center box offices.
