Hen Zone 'pop-in' set Friday, Saturday

4:35 p.m., Sept. 7, 2006--A 'pop-in' event is set for 2-11:45 p.m., Friday and Saturday, Sept. 8 and 9, at the Hen Zone on the lower level of the Perkins Student Center.

The free, social event, which is sponsored by UD Student Centers, offers a great way to meet friends at the outset of the new school year, and a range of fun activities is planned.

Free popcorn, pool, air hockey, board games, table tennis and a raffle to win UD stadium blankets will be among the festivities offered both days, and on Saturday face painting will be provided from 3:30-6:30 p.m. to get students in the UD spirit for the football season opener at 7 p.m.

For more information, call (302) 831-6491.
