Police identify suspects in Newark robberies

10:47 a.m., Sept. 22, 2006--Newark Police, working in cooperation with the Delaware State Police and Elkton (Md.) Police, have identified Noelle Richardson of Bear and Jaren Flowers of Newark as suspects in the armed robbery of a Dunkin' Donuts on Elkton Road and a home invasion-style robbery on Christina Mill Drive, both of which occurred on Sept. 1.

Police said that a rifle was displayed in both robberies and both subjects should be considered as armed and dangerous. The suspects' whereabouts are unknown at this time. They may be operating a 1998 black four-door Nissan Sentra bearing the license plate DE 241448.

Jaren Flowers
Both suspects have active warrants for first-degree robbery in Delaware, and both also have active robbery warrants in Elkton for two liquor store robberies.

Richardson, 29, is from Denny Road in Bear, and Flowers, also 29, is from Bordeaux Boulevard in Newark.
