Police are investigating Christina Mill robbery

3:05 p.m., Sept. 5, 2006--Newark Police are investigating the report of an armed robbery that occurred about 6:30 p.m., Friday, Sept. 1, in the 800 block of Christina Mill Drive.

Police said the victim, a 32-year-old man, reported that a female knocked on his front door and when he began to open it, two males forced their way inside. One of the males was armed with a rifle and demanded cash from the victim. The victim turned over an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspects fled the residence in an unknown direction. The victim received some minor scratches and abrasions during the incident but did not require medical treatment.

The female suspect was described as 21-25 years of age and about 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall with shoulder length blond hair and a thin build.

One of the men was 20-24 years old, about 5-6 and with a thin build, and the other was 6-1 to 6-2 and about 180 pounds and was wearing a diamond in his right ear.
