11:28 a.m., Sept. 29, 2006--Each fall, UD parents and families are invited to visit campus to join their students for a weekend tailored just for them. This year Parents and Families Weekend will be held Friday-Sunday, Oct. 27-29, and includes activities for all ages and interests, including athletic events, a ghost walk, ice skating, theatre performances, art exhibitions and the gridiron clash between the Fightin' Blue Hens and Towson University.

Brochures, including ticket order forms, have been sent to all parents and families of undergraduate students, and tickets for special events must be ordered online by Wednesday, Oct. 18. After that date, ticket orders cannot be processed, although tickets for the pregame brunch and Sunday brunch in the dining halls may be purchased at the door. Ticket orders made online by Wednesday, Oct. 11, will be mailed; orders placed from Oct. 12-18 will be held for pick-up at the University box offices at the Trabant University Center and the Bob Carpenter Center.
