8:49 a.m., Oct. 30, 2006--The University of Delaware women's soccer team lost 2-1 at Drexel University in the final match of the season, a Colonial Athletic Association contest. With the loss, the Fightin' Blue Hens finished at 8-8-3 overall and 3-7-1 in the CAA.

In the loss, UD junior forward Lindsay James scored for the Hens while senior Bonnie Mills, sophomore E.J. Goldman and freshman Annie Bevan split time in goal. Mills had played every minute of every game this season before being replaced by Goldman to start the second half. The only player to play every minute in goal for the Hens was Sheena Hunter in 1991. Mills finished the season with 99 saves, good for fourth on the single-season list. She also ends her UD career with 173 career saves, placing her fifth in program history.
