Daylight-saving time ends Sunday 8:45 a.m., Oct. 26, 2006--Daylight-saving time ends in Delaware, and throughout most of the United States, at 2 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 29, when clocks are turned back an hour, effectively moving an hour of daylight from the evening to the morning. Time reverts to daylight-saving time at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday of April. |
