CAA cross country meet Friday at White Clay

8:21 a.m., Oct. 25, 2006--The University of Delaware will serve as host to the 2006 Colonial Athletic Association cross country championships, which will be held Friday morning at White Clay Creek State Park off Route 896 just north of Newark. The women's race will begin at 10 a.m., with the men's race at 11 and the awards ceremony at noon.

The College of William & Mary has dominated both the men's and the women's championships in recent years, the men's team having won every title since 2000 and the women's team having won every title since 2003.
