Evening of memories to honor Monsignor Szupper

Monsignor Michael Szupper

10:17 a.m., Nov. 2, 2006--“An Evening of Memories,” a special event to honor Monsignor Michael Szupper, who retired in July after 42 years with the UD Catholic campus ministry, is scheduled for 6 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 8, in the Multipurpose Rooms of the Trabant University Center.

Cost, which includes a buffet dinner, is $25 for adults, $20 for children 12 and younger and $15 for UD students. Reservations should be made by Friday, Nov. 3, by calling Sue Groh at (302) 368-7051 or by e-mailing her at [sgroh@udel.edu]. Reservations received after Friday cannot be guaranteed.

The oratory also is collecting items for a scrapbook that will be presented to the Monsignor. Persons wishing to submit photos, letters or other items for inclusion should put them in the drop box at St. Thomas More Oratory on Lovett Avenue.
