5:08 p.m., May 3, 2007--UD's Department of Music presents the Wind Ensemble in concert at 8 p.m., Sunday, May 6, in the Puglisi Orchestra Hall of the Center for the Arts, under the direction of Robert Streckfuss, professor of music.

The concert will feature a performance by the Wind Ensemble with the UD Faculty Jazz Ensemble (Michael Arenson, Tom Palmer, Todd Groves and Craig Thomas) of Concertango by contemporary Spanish composer Luis Serrano Alarcón. Also on the program are Imminent Rock by UD Alumnus Tyler Avis Capp and Dance Movements by Phillip Sparke.

Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance at the Trabant University Center or Bob Carpenter box offices. Cost is $12 for adults, $8 for seniors and alumni and $3 for students.
