Transformation Grants presentations set Thursday

4:23 p.m., May 2, 2007--Presentations of 15 projects that focus on student-centered learning and classroom creativity, funded by Transformation Grants, are set for 8 a.m.-noon, Thursday, May 3, in Multipurpose Room C in the Trabant University Center. Each of the presentations will last approximately 15 minutes.

The half-day event will begin with opening remarks from Tom Apple, dean of UD's College of Arts and Sciences, and will include presentations on a wide range of topics, including peer tutoring and mentoring programs, interactive display creation, radio production, constructive dialogue building, youth outreach and research opportunities in science education.
