6:06 p.m., May 7, 2007--The Department of Music will present UD's Jazz Chamber Ensemble in concert at 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, in the Gore Recital Hall of the Center for the Arts.

The Jazz Chamber Ensemble, under the direction of Vernon James, will present a concert featuring several compositions and arrangements by UD students in the ensemble including straight-ahead swing, funk and Latin.

Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance at the Trabant University Center or Bob Carpenter Center box offices. Cost is $12 for adults, $8 for seniors, UD staff and alumni and $3 for students.
