Police seek assistance in December vehicle break-in

4:23 p.m., Jan. 25, 2007--Newark Police are requesting assistance in identifying the two people seen in an image captured from a surveillance tape following a late December incident in which a University of Delaware student's vehicle was broken into at an off-campus apartment complex.

Among the items stolen from the car was a credit card, which was subsequently used at a local convenience store. Police believe the card was used by the people seen in the accompanying image.

Anyone with information is asked to call Officer Pagnotti of the Newark Police at (302) 366-7110, extension 415.
