Seminar on intellectual property rescheduled

10:20 a.m., Jan. 31, 2007--Area businesses and the University community can get in-depth legal insight into patents and trademarks at an upcoming seminar sponsored by the Delaware Small Business Development Center, the Delaware Technology Park, Digital Delaware, Delaware EPSCoR and the Delaware Economic Development Office.

“Protecting Your Intellectual Property--Patents, Trademarks and Thieves” will be presented Wed., Feb. 14, from 7:30-10 a.m. at the Delaware Biotechnology Institute, 15 Innovation Way, in Newark.

A free, continental breakfast and networking session will precede the seminar, which begins at 8 a.m.

Speakers will include attorneys Mark Gundersen from McCarter & English, Joy Mulholland from RatnerPrestia, Gretchen Temeles from Fish & Richardson and Joe DiDonato from Flaster/Greenberg.
