ROTC to display military tech Friday at UD 4:25 p.m., Feb. 7, 2007--UD's Army ROTC program is sponsoring a military technology display from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Friday, Feb. 9, on Frazier Field adjacent to the Carpenter Sports Building. The exhibition, open to all students, will feature a marksmanship trainer, an obstacle course, a ranger station where students can try their hands at rappelling supervised by ROTC personnel, a night-vision equipment tent, an Army Humvee and the landing of a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter on Frazier Field. There also will be an information and registration table for students interested in the ROTC program. |
