DelaWorld student leaders needed
2:26 p.m., Feb. 19, 2007--Applications are now being accepted for DelaWorld leaders, students who will welcome new students to campus during June and July. To qualify, students must be undergraduates who are full time and matriculating with at least a 2.5 grade point average. “We are looking for creative, outgoing, team-oriented leaders to welcome all of the new students to campus,” Mike McCloskey, assistant director of admissions, said. “Being a DelaWorld leader is guaranteed to be one of the most fun jobs you'll ever have, in addition to being a great resume builder and an awesome experience.” Additional information and applications can be found online at [http://admissions.udel.edu/delaworld/]. Applications are due by Monday, Feb. 26. Anyone considering applying is invited to an interest meeting at 8 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 20, in the Visitors Center or at 8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 22, in George Read Hall.
