Symposia showcase summer undergrad research

5:20 p.m., Aug. 15, 2006--More than 160 undergraduate students made presentations on their summer research projects at three research symposia held at UD from Aug. 7-11.
Research ran the gamut from biochemistry experiments to art exhibits and service-learning projects, with presentation titles such as “Synthesis of Novel Redox-Active Scorpionate Ligand,” “The Impact of Super Heroes in Our Society” and “Promoting Cultural Understanding Through Basketball.”
