Drop/add continues through Sept. 12

12:46 p.m., Aug. 14, 2006--The free drop/add period (for late class registration and change of registration) begins Monday, Aug. 14, and continues through Tuesday, Sept. 12.

During a transition period to UD's new student record system, UDSIS, students will continue to use the existing SIS+ system for registration and drop/add, as well as to look at their class schedules.

At the top of the UD home page on the web, students will see two links, UDSIS and SIS+; both links will take students to SIS+.

At the end of the free drop/add period, on or about Sept. 13, SIS+ will retire and students will use the new student record system, UDSIS, exclusively.

The schedule allows:

• Seniors and graduate students to drop/add beginning Monday, Aug. 14;
• Juniors to drop/add beginning Tuesday, Aug. 15;
• Sophomores to drop/add beginning Wednesday, Aug. 16;
• Freshmen to drop/add beginning Thursday, Aug. 17; and
• Professional and Continuing Education students to drop/add beginning Friday, Aug. 18.
