Blue Hen golf team finishes sixth in CAA
Freshman Jason Bernstein finished 17th, best among the Hens, at the CAA golf championship tournament.
8:27 a.m., April 23, 2007--The University of Delaware finished in sixth place in the Colonial Athletic Association golf championships held at the The Homestead in Hot Springs, Va., carding a three-day score of 898.

Old Dominion University won the championship with a score of 859, followed by defending champion Georgia State University with a score of 863.

UD freshman Jason Bernstein was the top finisher among the Fightin' Blue Hens, as he tied for 17th by shooting 221. Senior Joe McLister tied for 24th place with a 224, senior Josh Williamowsky tied for 27th place with a 226, sophomore Steve Boerner tied for 40h with a 233, and sophomore Tommy Ellison tied for 45th place with a 235.
