John Sheridan Hartsky
 

March 10, 2006--John Sheridan Hartsky, 20, a UD student from Claymont, Del., died Feb. 23 at his home.

Hartsky was graduated from the Salesianum School and was a parishioner of St. Ann's Church, where he was an altar server and an assistant Sacristan. Hartsky loved animals and owned two dogs, Pepe and Chai.

He is survived by his father, Mark, of Richmond, Va.; his mother, Cathleen, of Claymont; twin sisters, Cara Carter of Wilmington and Cathleen Carter of Claymont; brother, Mark J. Hartsky of Claymont; maternal grandmother, Theresa Sheridan of Wilmington; paternal grandparents, Jean and Bill Hartsky of Wimington; and two nieces, a nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on March 2 at St. Ann's Church.
