Calling former hall directors 4:48 p.m., Dec. 8, 2005--Residence Life is looking for input, insights and reminiscences from UD staff or faculty members who once served as a hall director, resident director or community manager for a residence hall, either at UD or any other college or university. “If you are a member of this special group of people, you understand what it’s like to live with and work closely with students in residence halls,” Kathleen Kerr, director of Residence Life, said. “The Residence Life staff would like to hear from you and learn about your experiences and how your time as a residence life staff member contributed to who you are today. “Your input will be invaluable to us as we develop and refine the residential curricula and recruit residence hall staff for the future,” Kerr said.
