New edition of ‘At Sea’ e-newsletter posted

3:18 p.m., Dec. 12, 2005--The latest edition of the College of Marine Studies online newsletter, “At Sea,” is now available at [www.udel.edu/cms-news].

This edition features an article on the new dean of the College of Marine Studies and director of the Sea Grant College Program, Nancy M. Targett. Provost Dan Rich announced her permanent appointment Dec. 5.
