Discount tickets to ice show, ‘Finding Nemo’

2:36 p.m., Nov. 19, 2004--Disney on Ice is offering UD faculty, staff and students discounts on tickets to performances of Finding Nemo at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia.

The show tells the story, set in Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, of Nemo the clown fish. Marlin and Dory search for Nemo, who is imprisoned in a dentist’s aquarium from which he is trying to escape and return home.

Regular-priced tickets are $26 for the lower level and $19 for the mezzanine level, but members of the UD community can save $3.50 per ticket for discount shows and pay $22.50 for the lower level (limited seats available) and $15.50 for the mezzanine level.

The discount shows are held:

  • Sunday, Dec. 26, 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.;
  • Monday, Dec. 27, 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.,
  • Tuesday, Dec. 28, 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.;
  • Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1 p.m.;
  • Thursday, Dec. 30, 3 p.m.;
  • Friday, Dec. 31, 11 a.m.;
  • Saturday, Jan 1, 1 p.m.;
  • Sunday, Jan. 2, 3 p.m.;
  • Tuesday, Jan. 4, 7 p.m.;
  • Wednesday, Jan. 5, 7 p.m.;
  • Thursday, Jan. 6, 7 p.m.;
  • Saturday, Jan 8, 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.; and
  • Sunday, Jan. 9, 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
