Delaware’s Alli D’Amico is CAA Rookie of Week 10:34 a.m., Sept. 14, 2004--University of Delaware women's soccer forward Alli D'Amico, a freshman, captured Colonial Athletic Association Rookie of the Week honors after her impressive performance at the U.S. Naval Academy Tournament, held last weekend in Annapolis. D'Amico scored the first two goals of her collegiate career, both of them game-winners, as UD defeated Stony Brook 2-1 and Bowling Green 2-0. D'Amico's goal in the 53rd minute against Stony Brook broke a 1-1 tie.
