Jan. 13, 2004--Reginald Andrew Mercer II, 31, of Wilmington, died Monday, Jan. 5, in Philadelphia.

He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy at UD in 1999, and he served as an international teacher liaison at UD from 1997-2000.

Recently, he was a youth counselor at Philadelphia Futures.
