UD mens lacrosse falls to Drexel in CAA clash 10:23 a.m., April 19, 2004--The University of Delaware mens lacrosse team continued its struggles in the Colonial Athletic Association, losing 9-8 to Drexel University on Saturday night at Rullo Stadium. With the loss, its third straight and all to CAA opponents, the Fightin Blue Hens fell to 8-5 overall and 1-3 in the conference. UD will play a conference game at Sacred Heart University at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 24, in Fairfield, Conn. The Pioneers are 1-10 overall and 1-3 in the CAA. Against Drexel, Andy Hipple led the Hens with three goals. Bob Meunier and Joe Trentzsch scored two goals apiece.
