April 28, 2004--Dorothy Warner McNeal, 98, died April 11 in Cokesbury Village in Hockessin.

Ms. McNeal was employed for many years at the University of Delaware's registrar's office.

She is survived by two great-nieces, Megan Clemm of Bluebell, Pa., and Debbie Lapihuska, of Hixson, Tenn.
