‘Love Letters’ runs April 16-18

4:18 p.m., April 12, 2004--“Love Letters,” a play presented by UD’s Professional Theatre Training Program, will run from Friday through Sunday, April 16-18, at the Hartshorn Theatre.

Written by A. R. Gurney and performed by PTTP alumni Steve Tague and Kathleen Pirkl Tague, the play traces a long-term correspondence between two very dissimilar pen pals, revealing both the power and the insufficiency of the written word.

Performances are at 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 16; 12:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Saturday, April 17; and 12:30 p.m., Sunday, April 18.

Tickets for the Friday and Saturday evening performances are $17 for the general public, $15 for UD faculty, staff and senior citizens and $10 for students. Tickets for the Saturday and Sunday matinees are $14 for the general public, $12 for UD faculty, staff and senior citizens and $7 for students. For more information, call UD1-HENS.
