3:10 p.m., Aug. 26, 2003--A right turn lane and right lane closure is in effect on Kirkwood Highway between Anna Way and Dillwyn Road from now through the next six to nine days, according to the Delaware Department of Transportation.

DelDOT maintenance crews will be installing a new drainage pipe in the area between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day. The work is weather dependent. Motorists may experience delays.
