Instructional grants are for faculty members who have an idea about incorporating technology, multimedia or a different learning method into a course. Proposals designed to advance the three General Education Initiative goals—oral and written communication, quantitative reasoning and service-based learning—are the focuses of the grant program. The instructional grant web site can be accessed at [www.udel.edu/present/grant/].

The Instructional Grants Program is a coordinated effort of the Center for Teaching Effectiveness (CTE), General Education Initiative (GEI) and IT-User Services. The grants final review committee members include: Gabriele Bauer, teaching consultant for CTE; Stephen Bernhardt, Andrew B. Kirkpatrick Jr. Chair in Writing;
Joel Best, chairperson of the Department of Sociology; Janet deVry, manager, IT-User Services; Paul Hyde, information resource consultant, IT-User Services; Erin F.
