PeopleSoft Financials database not available over weekend

10:11 a.m., May 14, 2004--UD's PeopleSoft Financials production database (FIPRD) will not be accessible from noon, Friday, May 14, until 8 a.m., Monday, May 17, while the database is being upgraded. The upgrade is being done over the weekend to minimize the impact on the campus community.

During this time, the following financial webforms will not be available:

• Business Expense Request (BER) reimbursement;
• FIN Journal Voucher;
• FIN Budget Revision;
• FIN Request for Payment to Individual; and
• FIN Requisition/Vendor Payment Request.

All other webforms will be available.

Labor Allocation Module (LAM) and Obligations will not be available during this time. The reporting database (FIRPT) will be available, though some pre-written queries may not be functional.

Monthly Accounting Statements will be accessible in PeopleSoft from the Report Manager box.
