Dining Services' Chef Challenge set Nov. 5

1:55 p.m., Nov. 3, 2003--From 5-6 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 5, two UD executive chefs will race the clock competing against each other in this semester’s Dining Services’ Chef Challenge in the Food Court at the Trabant University Center.

Blue and Gold Club Sous Chef Bryan Bowers will face UD catering Sous Chef Darren Biscoe. Each chef will have one hour to demonstrate his knowledge of cuisine by creating five different dishes. To further challenge the chefs, an unknown ingredient also must be included.

During the culinary showdown, audience members will be asked trivia questions and have an opportunity to win prizes. A panel of judges will select the winner of the Chef Challenge.
