Feb. 26, 2003—University of Delaware freshman Taylor Kathryn Welch, 19, of Elkton, Md., died Feb. 15 in an automobile accident.

Ms. Welch graduated with honors from Rising Sun High School in 2002.

Friends and family may call from 5-9 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 20, at the Elkton Presbyterian Church, 209 East Main St., Elkton, Md. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 21, at the Elkton Presbyterian Church.
