David A. Reynolds
 

April 25, 2003—David Anthony Reynolds, 25, of Rehoboth Beach, died April 20.

He graduated from the University of Delaware in 2000 where he received a degree in physical education studies, and he worked in Recreation and intramural Programs.

He was employed as head men's lacrosse coach at Wesley College in Dover, and previously taught at St. Mark's High School, where he coached wrestling and was named Delaware state lacrosse coach of the year in 2002, after taking the Spartans to the Delaware State finals.

Mr. Reynolds began his athletic career at Caesar Rodney High School, where he was an All-State football, All-State wrestling, and All-American lacrosse player. He had been a member of the Rehoboth Beach Patrol since 1996 and was named the 2002 Rehoboth Beach lifeguard of the year.
