UD Accounts Payable, Purchasing offices to merge

Effective April 1, the University of Delaware’s Accounts Payable and Purchasing offices will merge to become Procurement Services.

All staff will be housed at 104 General Services Building, the current location of the Purchasing office. The move has already begun and will be completed by the end of the workday on Friday, March 29.

Telephone and fax numbers will remain the same. The main lines are 831-2855 and 831-2161, and the fax lines are 831-6772 and 831-4443.

There is some possibility of telephone problems but all attempts to minimize them will be made.

Effective immediately, any work that must be delivered to either office should be brought to the General Services Building. On the right, inside the north door to the building, there is a service window for drop-off.
