July 9, 2002--The Delaware Department of Transportation announces that Old County Road between Glasgow Avenue (Old Route 896) and Frazer Road will be closed from Monday, July 8, through Monday, July 22. The closure of this road will allow DelDOT's maintenance crews to replace a cross road pipe.
Motorists are advised to take the posted detour, which is Glasgow Avenue to Route 40 westbound to Frazer Road and then back to Old County Road.
