Bus trip to NYC for 'Harlem Song' on Nov. 9

1:05 p.m., Nov. 7, 2002--The Center for Black Culture and the Cultural Advisory Programming Board are sponsoring a bus trip to New York City to see “Harlem Song,” at the Apollo Theatre, Saturday, Nov. 9.

Buses will leave the Center for Black Culture, 192 South College Ave., at 9:30 a.m., and will return at 9 p.m. Showtime is 5 p.m.

Tickets, which are available at all UD box offices, are $30 for UD students (one ticket per ID), $60 faculty and staff and $65 for the general public.

“Harlem Song” is a musical that illustrates how Harlem attracted people from all over the world, and how it became a hub for black art, philosophy and thought.
