UD plates now available from New Jersey

Display your UD spirit with official University of Delaware license plates. Plates are available now for residents of Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania, and New Jersey plates will be available soon. Delaware

Cost: $50, which includes a $40 one-time fee to support Alumni Association scholarships and programs, plus the $10 regular DMV annual registration fee. Create your own license number with the letters UD followed by up to four numbers (no apostrophes, additional letters or numbers preceded by zeroes are permitted). Call for number availability. Only Delaware residents are able to choose personalized numbers for their plates.

Maryland

Cost: $65, which includes a $40 one-time fee to support Alumni Association scholarships and programs, plus the $25 regular MVA annual registration fee. Plate numbers are assigned in sequential order.

Pennsylvania

Cost: $20 regular registration fee. Plate numbers are assigned in sequential order.

New Jersey

The New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles has approved UD’s plate design, and applications are available. Each license plate costs $60, a portion of which will support Alumni Association scholarships.
